1. If the T1 data rate is 1.5 Mb, why take the ISN cable service equal or better that provides 6MB Kb down/768 up? What is the basic difference between T1 and Cable?
S essentially business T1 connections. Cable / DSL service to normal life.
T1 s normally have:
* Unlimited throughput
* A guaranteed uptime per month
* No ports to prevent, allow the server
* Upload 2-5x as high as cable / DSL
* The level of repair time, because the firm is likely to take priority rehabilitation

Cable / DSL has the size of the AUP or TOS prohibits servers, and probably high downtime. Plus when there is no Internet, there may be no good business.
Cable / DSL have higher broadband download speeds, but in a business environment, you can only check email / web browsing / update database records, so do not t need a lot of downloading.
