According to Linda A. Rodriguez Immigration Studies, tribal and Area Studies in the last three decades has been a large immigration. Average 125 million people, two per cent of the world's population, live outside their home countries. End year 1980, the UN estimates that 100 million people in this category will include refugees (18.2 million), employment legal immigrants (estimates range up to 30 million), and undocumented economic migrants (estimates range up to 40 million).

The steps outlined below describe the process of recognition of migrants from different ethnic backgrounds and a clear purpose to let the experience before they face a new culture can be fully motivated.

The first stage is fascinated by the magic of false promises before, blocking the ability to look at all aspects of future experience.

Second, discordance measures, is a shocking truth wake up, open eyes and minds of the world the diversity and the fact that only ever known (culture shock).

Third, opposition actions, fear of losing their individuality, desires and traditions still hold the old rule of faith are unlikely to adopt a set of traditions and they have rebelled against them.

Fourth, the process of surrender, a gradual transition to explain that the blessing of the secret treasures of the whole experience. This requires a deliberate decision to complete the dyeing process and the new culture.

Although all immigrant experience is unique, there is the concept of reasonable analysis. Apart from the known human qualities to overcome the culture and adopt completely new, there is always a nostalgic feeling about what's left behind, the mind of pride in ethnic and cultural roots feeling, but no real property either by former or current life and fear of betrayal and ancestral roots or similar cultural uniqueness disappeared after the spread of foreign culture.
