Phone etiquette - returning a call to a text message

By responding to a call with a text message, you're basically saying, I could not care to talk with you over the phone. Of course, talking to someone on the phone for the time required. Sometimes it takes a long time. And many people, especially when they reach adulthood, it is very busy.
