Identify the caller's phone - a direct carry full name, age and address of some cells

In the past, before the widespread use of cell phones, when you receive a call from an unknown number, is the total number of land or business so you can see it in the white pages and find out who the caller in a matter of minutes. But not this, because a large number of the phone you received from the cellular respiration and phone numbers as we all know, cell numbers are not printed in the white pages or any other hospital in it, can be difficult when you want to identify the caller's phone.
